Cornelia wakes up in a remote manor house with no memory of how she got there or what she's doing there. When she walks around the old house, she meets Alex and 10 other girls in the same situation.
The group quickly splits into two camps. Alex and her group want to assist the sick, while Cornelia's group believes it's a hoax. The latter refuses to perform the tests and start looking for a way to get out.
