Annie (Tart Carlos) revisits her memories of Rex (Zaijan Jaranilla) as she celebrates Mother’s Day all by herself. Unknown to her, Rod (Raul Montesa) and their children are preparing a surprise. After Rex's hapless fate, Rod gets crushed by thoughts of being a derelict father. Meanwhile, Mommy Sugar’s (Iyah Mina) interest in Rex’s family comes under scrutiny—until an accidental discovery shakes Rex’s family to the core.

A supposedly happy reunion turns into an emotional confession, and later sparks misunderstanding between the family and Mommy Sugar (Iyah Mina). As the truth unfolds, doubts about Rex’s (Zaijian Jaranilla) mental health persist. Worried about their son, Rod (Raul Montesa) and Annie (Tart Carlos) decide to seek professional help. Eventually, Rex's wounds begin to heal as he develops a clear understanding of himself.
