The rocky relationship of Eric and Ivi takes a serious toll on the innocent Wei-Ting as he suddenly becomes the third wheel in the couple's quarrel. Moreover, Eric's jealousy towards Wei-Ting becomes more intense due to Ivi's insistence to seek for the latter's help in her mission. Matters among the three of them become worse when Wei-Ting's identity gets revealed to the press; as well as Ivi finally saying her fears and frustrations to Eric. The matchmaking mission also proves to be more taxing for Ivi when she finally knew the names of the people she needs to match.

With the atmosphere between Ivi and Eric become more awkward, Ivi accepts Wei-Ting's invitation to visit his hometown. As they spend more time together, Ivi and Wei-Ting get to know each other better and the latter lets his feelings be known towards Ivi. Meanwhile, the blossoming friendship of Tammy and Bentong becomes strained when he becomes frustrated and confused with Tammy's behavior. And thanks to Bentong's help, Ivi discovers that Wei-Ting lied to her about the names she needs to match from the marriage book.

Even though she is disappointed with Wei-Ting, Ivi continued her mission to match his parents. And to easily accomplish her task, Ivi gets unexpected help from Eric. But things do not go easy for Ivi when Wei-Ting finds out what she is up to. Will Ivi become successful in pairing the second couple assigned by the marriage book?

As she goes down to the last pair of names she needs to match, Ivi gets the surprise of her life when Yue Lao revealed that she is involved in the decision-making process. The revelation leaves Ivi confused as she cannot decide who between Eric and Wei-Ting she wants to be with. Will Ivi choose the man she has been with for a long time? Or, the man who makes her feel different and excited? The decision is up to her.
