Sweety advises her boss to use the exchange offer to get the pencil. Chandu breaks Lalita Behan’s window and gives the bat in Sanju’s hand so as to lay blame on him for breaking the glass. Lalita Behan takes Sanju to her mother to complain about him.

Sanju uses the magical pencil to have chocolates. He gives chocolates to everybody in his class. Changu, Mangu and Sweety visit Sanju’s society in search of the magical pencil. Partho asks all his friends about the exchange offer for the old pencil.

Changu and Mangu take his boss to Sanju’s house as he faints while walking on the road. Sanju takes the doctor to his house. Tarsem Singh calls the news reporter and asks them to come for Sanju’s interview as he has saved a man’s life.

Chandu troubles his classmates with a fake lizard. The teacher punishes him for throwing a scorpion at her. Later, Chandu complains to the teacher about Sanju.

Sanju exchanges his lunch box with his friend to teach Chandu a lesson. He mixes red pepper in his lunch box and offers it to Chandu. Meanwhile, Sweety takes her boss to meet Kaalicharan to find the magic pencil.

When Karuna tells Sanju that Chandu’s father has bought a new car, he draws a car on the paper with his magic pencil! Later, Tarshen takes Sanju and his friends on a long drive.

Raj does not allow Sanju and his friends to play, and tells them to sit in the room. Sanju tells his friends to leave the room one at a time and wait for him outside as he has a cool surprise for them.

Neeraj beats Jaggu and takes his ice cream. Sanju draws a band-aid with his magic pencil for Jaggu. Later, Sanju challenges Neeraj to a tug-of-war, but there’s a catch!

Neeraj assures his friends that they will beat Sanju’s team in bowling. Meanwhile, Sanju asks the instructor to teach them the rules of bowling. Sanju uses his magic pencil to get shoes and dress for his team,

The instructor praises Sanju and his team for learning the game so quickly. The parents come to encourage Sanju and his team. Later, Ritu encourages Sanju before the final throw.

Karuna tells Sanju that she wants to keep a puppy as her pet. Sanju draws a puppy with his magic pencil, gives it to Karuna. He then lies to his friends that he got the puppy from one of his other friends.

Sanju and his friends hide the puppy from their parents. Later, the society members hold a meeting and everyone decides not to keep pets in the society.

Sanju feels happy on reading Fruity’s mail. He is surprised that they have common interests and plan to meet each other.

Sanju and Fruity get trapped in the basement water. However, Sanju helps her in retrieving her crystal ball with the help of his magic pencil. Maharaj is enlightened to know about the magic pencil. Later, Deepak reveals to Kanthila about Fruity.

Partho asks Sanju to show Fruity’s pictures to his friends. Sanju's friends underestimate him and don’t believe him to have met Fruity. Kanthila kidnaps Fruity after tracing her address. Gulab Chacha tells Sanju about Fruity’s kidnapping.

Gulab informs Sanju about Fruity’s abduction. While lookingfor Fruity, they find her watch. Sanju and his friends follow the kidnappers. Later, Sanju’s friends wish to give up the idea of searching for Fruity.

While Karuna explains to her parents about event management, her mother suggests a business idea. Sanju promises Karuna in organising Jaggu’s birthday party. He gets a cook with the help of his magic pencil. Will things go smoothly?

Sanju gets a ladder with the help of his magic pencil and enters the kidnappers’ hideout. He gets caught by the kidnappers and is tied up beside Fruity. Later, he lures the guards with the magic pencil.

Bhalla complains to the building members about their children. Mrs. Bhalla locks the terrace to stop the kids from going there. While Sharad threatens Bhalla to get the key, Sanju decides to teach him a lesson.

Bhalla humiliates Dinu Kaka in front of the building members. Sanju leaves a dog at Bhalla’s house and scares him and Mrs Bhalla. Later, Sanju and his friends further frighten Bhalla and make him believe that there is a ghost in his flat.

Kalicharan makes magical water that shows the location of the magic pencil. Chandu locks Ritu in the school’s toilet to ensure that she will not be able to complain against him. Later, Sanju is worried as he is not able to find his pencil.

Sanju goes to get his pencil back from school after he realises he has forgotten it there. Tiger also reaches there along with others to get the pencil. Later, Sanju finds Ritu in the school and brings her home.

The teacher announces a drama competition in the school. Sanju and his friends choose Alladin's story for the drama and start the preparations. Meanwhile, Kalicharan throws a fireball to find the pencil.

Kalicharan comes up with another plan to get the magic pencil after Sanju foils his previous plan. Sanju keeps the pencil inside a red box and rehearses for his play. Will Kalicharan succeed this time?
