A group of gypsies living in remote camps suffers from poverty, hunger, and disease. As a deadly virus spreads among the children, they enlist the help of the health ministry that sends them Doctors Around the World. A fearful Samra looks after her siblings.
Samra is devastated when her little sister dies. Dr. Tamer confirms that drinking water is the reason the virus is spreading. When he pays for clean drinking water for the camp, the villagers thank him by having Samra dance for the organization's doctors.
