He arrives at LING's house and informs LING's mother. LING's mother asks her friend MUK YUEN CHING to lend YU the horse so as he can seek help from SHUN. On the way to Dali, YU finds that some enemies have arrived and they plan to lurk CHING. He returns to inform CHING but CHING is unfriendly to him and she wears a veil on her face. They deceive YUEN by impersonating the Royal Massagers but their trick is discovered. CHING is hurt. YU cures her and she cannot help admiring him. Later NGOR, one of “The Four Villains”, comes and he wants to remove CHING's veil. Knowing that she will be subdued by NGOR, she lets YU have the first glance of her face and urges YU to marry her. NGOR forces YU to be his student but YU refuses. NGOR takes CHING away and orders YU to meet him within three days or he will kill CHING. YU has no choice. He studies “Wavy Steps" and “Blackhole Stance".

After he has finished studying them, he meets his father's guards. He goes with them to find his mother TO PAK FUNG in Yuk Hui Temple. YU defeats NGOR and NGOR regards YU as his teacher. When CHING knows PAK's identity, she throws a dagger to her. YU protects his mother and is hurt by the dagger. CHING gives him the antidote. PAK realizes that it is because of SHUN's former romance. SHUN tells CHING that he is her father. CHING's mother CHIN HUNG MIN and LING's mother KAM PO PO also arrive. The three ladies have a quarrel as they are SHUN's lovers. PO's husband CHUNG MAN YI and “The Four Villains" come and kidnap YU.

TUEN YIN HING uses medicine to raise sexual desire in YU and CHING's minds. As they are brother and sister, it will spoil SHUN's fame. Luckily, they are saved by SHUN’s guards. LING is left to stay with YU in the cell. LING is also SHUN's daughter. MU YUNG FUK challenges SHUN and MING in Shan Ki Temple. FUNG comes to help FUK. As FUNG knows that YUNG is CHUNG, he beliefs that the victims were not killed by him.

YU absorbs the inner energy of many fighters and he cannot adapt to it. MING brings him to Tin Lung Temple. However the monks there have no time to cure him as the Pope of Tofan has come to get “Six Veins Sword Stance”. Witnessing the duel and referring to the scroll, YU realizes how to use his inner energy. He assists the monks but at last he is tricked by the Pope and is kidnapped. YU refuses to tell KAU MOR CHI the secrets of “Six Veins Sword Stance”. CHI has no way to deal with him.

FUNG believes that FUK is not the killer. In fact YUEN was killed by KAN and MAN when he discovered their filthy relationship. MAN threatens KAN to frame FUNG but KAN refuses. MAN seduces CHING to help her. CHI brings YU to Tai Wu. There he asks the local fishermen the way to Mu Yung Villa. FUK's maid CHU and PIK trick CHI so that they can save YU as they are aware of CHI's intention. Later they arrive at Man Tor Villa. YU comes across FUK's cousin WONG YU YIN. He is attracted by her charm and beauty but YIN admires FUK. YU, CHU and PIK are imprisoned by YIN’s mother. She wants to kill YU and use his corpse to fertilize the soil.

YIN finds the picture kept by YU. YU tells her the story behind the picture. In fact the girl in the picture is YIN's grandmother. Thus YIN looks like her. YU wants to escape with YIN, CHU and PIK. However his plan is ruined by FUK's henchmen, TUNG and OUG. YU comes across FUNG in a restaurant. They have a pleasant conversation and they decide to be foster brothers. YU and FUNG arrive at Peach Forest. There YU is excited to see YIN again. The Elder CHAN accuses FUNG having worked with PUK against their sect. FUNG is aware that something is working against him.

The Elder ESUI arrives and stops FUNG from reading a military message from Xixia. He orders FUNG to wait for MAN. TAM KUNG, TAM POR, TAN CHING, CHIU CHIN SHUBN and Master CHI KONG also arrive. MAN gives WONG's letter to the Elder TSUI. CHI KONG states that FUNG is the orphan left by a Sitdan fighter in Ngan Mun Gate thirty years ago. As they killed the fighter by mistake, they agreed to bring up the baby and it is FUNG. Fung is confused.

CHU suspects MAN but MAN accuses FUNG with the fan left by him beside YUEN's corpse. FUNG becomes the prime suspect. He quits his role of being the Master of Beggars’ Sect and goes to investigate his real identity. Members of Beggars Sect are poisoned by fighters of Xixia. YU is not affected and he saves YIN. They take refuge in a windmill where they are found by CHUNG (FUK). YU wants to protect YIN. CHUNG is jealous and wants to kill YU. Not knowing that CHUNG is FUK, YIN begs CHUNG to let go if YU. YU leaves the antidote and goes away. On the other hand, CHU and PIK are saved by FUNG. FUNG rushes back to Peach Forest.

CHU and PIK find YU and YIN. CHU impersonates FUNG to save the members of Beggars Sect. HAK LIN is tricked and poisoned. The members of Beggars Sect thank FUNG but FUNG knows nothing. FUNG goes to find more information of his identity. FUK ignores YIN as he regards his country as the most important thing. CHI visits FUK but his plan is ruins by YU and YIN. YU uses “Six Veins Sword Stance” to drive CHI away. YIN's mother locks YIN up. “Four Royal Guards" go to save YIN and they discover a secret passage leading to a cell. There CHI is studying scrolls of martial arts. YIN's mother inform FUK and YU to help her. However FUK and YU are defeated by CHI.

Suddenly a masked man comes and drives CHI away. “Four Royal Guards” find the secret passage suspicious. FUK gives YIN a pearl hair-pin to be the gift of love. YIN is excited. When FUK is welcoming some monks from Shaolin Temple, CHI catches YIN. YU meets CHI and YIN on the way. when he knows that YIN has been kidnapped, he saves her. However CHI catches up with them. He hurts YU and catches both of them. FUNG visits his foster parents but they have been killed. Master YUEN LAN accuses him as the killer.

FUNG runs away and he goes to find Master YUEN FU to warn him. However YUEN FU is shocked to see FUNG. Later he dies. FUNG is accused of murdering YUEN FU. He manages to escape. Later he finds a mysterious man looking like him. They hide behind a statue. However they are discovered. The mysterious man is trounced. Luckily FUNG saves his life. The mysterious man is CHU. She is on the brink of death. No one can save her except SIT. The YAU brothers and SIT are holding a meeting in Tsui Yin Villa to discuss the way to get rid of FUNG.

FUNG come with CHU to seek sit's help. FUNG and his friends drink the wine to announce that their friendship has come to an end. KAN promises to look after CHU for him. FUNG is attacked by fighters of different sects. The YAU brothers are ashamed as they are defeated by FUNG. They kill themselves. FUNG promises SIT not the go to Mainland China again so that SIT can cure CHU. FUNG feels guilty as he kills the Elder TSUI. He is hurt by the others and luckily a masked man comes and takes him away. The man leaves some food and water to FUNG and then he leaves. CHI urges YU to teach him. YU tells him some real tips and some false ideas. With CHI's talent, he manages to learn “Six Veins Sword Stance".

CHI, YU, YIN and FUK have a fight. FUK is defeated. FUNG comes and he assists FUK. CHI knows that he has no hope to defeat FUNG, so he uses an excuse to leave. In fact, he has been hurt by FUNG. Later everyone goes on their ways. FUNG arrives at Ngan Mun Gate while YU follows FUK and YIN to go to MU YUNG Villa. CHU has been healed. She tricks SIT and goes away. FUNG cannot find the message left by his father. He is angry. CHU comes to find him. FUNG is impressed by CHU and they fall in love with each other. They decide to spend the rest of their lives together. FUNG drives away some soldiers of Sung Dynasty. However he cannot save the Sitdan family. As he finds a wolf tattoo on the chest of the victim, he realizes that he is a Sitdan man. FUNG and CHU go to find the Elder TSUI but it is too late. He has been killed.

FUNG turns to TAM KUNG, TAM POR and CHIU CHIN SUEN. However they are killed before his arrival. He then goes to find TAN CHING but his family are terminated. he is frustrated. CHU encourages him not to give up. Master CHI KONG is all right. He gives the copy of the message to FUNG and tells him that his surname is SIU. when FUNG questions him of the leader of the gang lurking his father, Master CHI KONG commits suicide. Fung goes to ask MAN but MAN refuses to tell him the truth.

She threatens FUNG that she will only tell him the truth unless he sends a night with her. FUNG refuses to accept the term. CHU impersonates KAN to trick MAN but her plan is discovered by MAN. MAN tricks them that the leader is SHUN. FUNG and CHU go to Dali together to avenge the death of FUNG's parents. They come across a young girl and CHU is shocked to see the girl's gold accessory. Later they find a man who has been injured. The man begs them to take a message to Mirror Lake. FUNG and CHU promise him. When they arrive at the place, they meet the girl again. The girl is so naughty that SHUN throw her into the water. SHUN asks his lover YUEN SING CHUK to save the drowning girl. CHUK discovers that the girl is their daughter.

CHU witnesses how they recognize each other and has a strange feeling. It is because the girl, who is called CHI, is CHU’s younger sister. “The Four Villains” arrive. SHUN is defeated but he is saved by FUNG as FUNG wants to kill SHUN by himself. HING leads his colleagues away after being defeated by FUNG. CHU worries about SHUN’s safety and she reminds FUNG to investigate the case thoroughly before taking any action. FUNG questions SHUN and as SHUN has misinterpreted FUNG's question, SHUN admits that he has committed the crime. FUNG decides to kill SHUN.

CHU determines to pay for her father. She leaves FUNG after dinner and impersonates SHUN to attend the duel. Not knowing that she is CHU, FUNG kills CHU. He is in deep grief when he knows what he has done. CHU begs FUNG to look after CHI for her before she dies. FUNG feels guilty and is sad. CHI tells her parents what has happened.

SHUN decides to go and ask MAN. Studying SHUN's handwritings, FUNG is shocked as he realizes that SHUN is not the one who killed his parents. He feels guilty and he wants to commit suicide, However he is stopped by the mysterious masked man again. MIN and CHING come to kill CHUK. CHI fight with them. FUNG helps CHI. CHING shoots an arrow at him to save her mother. CHUK declares that she has no hatred in her heart and she is willing accept MIN. SHUN sets off for MAN. The others follow him.

CHI comes across other senior members of her sect. With FUNG's assistance, she defeats them and is respected by the others. SHUN finds that MAN is his previous lover. MAN seduces him on the one hand and at the same time sends message to ask KAN to come. In order to learn more of MAN's secret, FUNG freezes CHUK and the others. He comes to keep an eye on SHUN and MAN's conservation. MAN tells SHUN everything including how she recognizes CHU. FUNG is angry. MAN poisons SHUN, making him unable to move. However SHUN still manage to use “Solar Finger" to freeze her.

KAN comes and MAN tells SHUN that YUEN was killed by them. The masked man comes and kills KAN. When he wants to kill MAN, FUNG turns up and drives him away. When FUNG returns, he finds that MAN has been disfigured by CHI. MAN dies and KWUN CHING comes. He accuses FUNG having killed KAN and he kidnaps CHI to threaten him. The masked man comes again. This time his target is CHI. FUNG drives him away and when he wants to release CHI, CHI attacks him with a poisonous needle. Top save himself, FUNG hurts CHI seriously. At last the man unveils his mask to let FUNG know who he is.

As FUNG has hurt CHI unintentionally, he determines to cure her. When he knows that CHI can be cured with ginseng, he goes to Chang Pei Shan. One day FUNG saves YUEN NGAN ALL KU TAR. TAR thanks FUNG by giving him a lot of ginseng. A few months later, TAR comes across some LIU soldiers and is nearly caught. FUNG saves him and catches the leader of the soldiers. The leader wants to use a lot of fortune to buy his freedom back but FUNG appreciates his talent. FUNG lets go of him.

Some time later, the man sends subordinates to bring FUNG valuable presents. FUNG thanks him and knows that he is the Emperor of Liu YEH LUT HUNG KI. They become foster brothers. KI’s uncle and cousin rebel against KI. FUNG helps him to settle the problem. KI appoints him as the Lord of South Court.

SHUN asks YU to send a letter to Beggars sect. YU gives it to CHING. TING CHUN CHAU comes to get his sacred pot back. HUI CHUK is nearly killed by him. Luckily YU uses “Six Veins Swords Stance" to drive CHAU away. SO SING HO invites talented fighters to attend a chess competition. YU is defeated and FUK is nearly hypnotized. YIN is scared. YU saves FUK and HING is also hypnotized.

HING is saved by CHUK and CHUK wins the game unintentionally. HO leads CHUK to meet his master MU NGAI CHI. MU NGAI CHI transfers all his internal energy to CHUK, hoping that he can kill CHAU for him. CHUK promises him reluctantly. CHAU leaves angrily and before he leaves he uses poisonous powder to kill HO and other innocent people.

FUNG is lurked but he manages to protect himself. The assassinate is YAU TANG CHI, the descendant of the YAUs. CHI catches TANG and tortures him. TANG admires CHI and tolerates her humiliation. TANG finds “Yi Kang Scroll” left by FUNG and keeps it. CHI uses TANG to be her guinea pig. TANG follows the instructions of “Yi Kang Scroll” and this makes him survive. FUNG cannot forget CHU. In order to flatter FUNG, CHI sews an overcoat for him. FUNG is touched. However when FUNG learns what CHI has done to TANG, he scolds CHI.

CHI runs away and is caught by CHAU. TANG survives and he does not know he has improved his talent with the help of “Yi Kang Scroll”. In the duel between FUK and CHAU, TANG helps FUK to drive CHAU away. However CHI's eyesight is ruined by CHAU. CHI is taken away by TANG. TANG does not tell CHI who he is. He tells a lie, claiming that he is CHONG CHUI YIN. He is willing to do anything for CHI. TANG is tricked by CHING and becomes the puppet master of the Beggars Sect. In chaos the scroll is got by MOR CHI. YU and CHUK meet Mu Lang Cavern. They appreciate each other and become foster brothers.

FUK secretly followed the Masters of the Seventy-two Islands and Thirty-six caverns to the conference in which they discuss how to force TUNG LAU to give them the antidote. FUK promises to give them a hand so as to flatter them. WU and PING catch a dumb girl and tortures her to as to know where LAU is. In fact she is LAU. YU and CHUK stop them from torturing the girl and save her. CHUK carries the girl on his back and runs away. WU catches up with them but he is tricked by LAU. After taking some poison, he has to be her slave. LAU's enemy is LI CHAU SHUI who also learnt martial arts from the same master. As LAU has not recovered completely, she is defeated by SHUI. CHUK helps LAU but he is thrown down the cliff together with LAU by SHUI. CHUK and LAU are saved by YU at the foothill. Thinking that LAU has died, the Masters go to Sacred Crane Palace to take revenge.

LAU asks CHUK to brink her to Xixia. On the way she teaches him “Plum Blossom Stance”. LAU wants CHUK to be a normal man. She brings the princess of Xixia to CHUK. CHUK cannot tolerate the seduction. from then onwards, he can no longer follow the rules of monks. LAU teaches CHUK how to send and withdraw “Poisonous Incantations”. In fact she wants CHUK to assist her to kill SHUI after learning “Solar Palms".

WAI LUN is happy when he sees CHUK again but he also worries about him. The new Master of Beggars Sect invites fighters of all schools to meet at Shaolin Temple so as to elect the Supreme of all schools. In fact he is TANG and he does everything for CHI. CHUK is tortured by YUEN KAN. KAN is tricked by the “Four Maids”. The first one to arrive is KAU MOR CHI.

KAU MOR CHI admits that YUEN PAY was killed by him and he has learnt every stance of Shaolin Temple. All monks are angry. YUEN TUNG challenges him with a duel but is defeated. YUEN CHI wants to stop KAU MOR CHI. To protect YUEN CHI, CHUK fights with KAU MOR CH1 and drives him away. CHUK is still punished. FUK and CHAU come and have a fight. Other fighters come and take no action so as to wait for the best opportunity. YU assists FUK to defeat CHAU. TANG and CHI challenge CHAU but they are defeated. CHI is caught. For CHI, TANG begs CHAU to be his master. Members of the Beggars Sect are discontented and angry.

FUNG rushes to Shaolin Temple to save CHI. When he arrives, he sees YUEN CHI being defeated by TANG. He saves CHI from CHAU. He gives CHI to SUNG. TANG is jealous. Seeing that his plan is spoiled, CHING stirs up the angry mod against FUNG. FUK represents them to challenge FUNG. YU accuses FUK as a hypocrite. YU introduces CHUK to FUNG. They fight in joint efforts against the others. FUK attacks SHUN and YU at their backs. FUNG is discontented and punishes him. He states that he is ashamed of being mentioned with FUK. FUNG takes away TANG's mask and his ugly face is disclosed. CHAU is defeated by CHUK. Everyone leaves.

As CHUK is punished, his scars on his back is disclosed. YIP YI LEUNG identified that he is her son. SHAN comes and proves that YIP is correct. He also tells the others that CHUK's father is YUEN CHI. FUNG reunites with SHAN. SHAN tells FUNG that he and his family were lurked by fighters led by YUEN CHI. YUEN CHI attacks FUK to make POK turn up. POK’s presence explains all the mysteries. SHAN and POK have a duel. POK is on the brink of being defeated as FUNG helps SHAN and POK is weaker than FUNG.

As he broke the rule of being a monk, YUEN CHI is punished. He refuses to have CHUK receiving the punishment for him. An old monk with low rank appears. He goes to question FUK. YIN overhears their conversation is deeply touched. FUK is aware that YU is his keen competitor. He attacks YU and pushes him into a dry well. YIN jumps into the well as she wants to follow the man who really loves her.

YIN falls onto YU's body. KAU MOR CHI teases FUK and they have a duel. As KAU MOR CHI has not recovered completely, he is thrown into the well by FUK. FUK uses rocks to seal the well. YU and YIN decide not to leave each other. KAU MOR CHI wants to kill them but his internal energy is absorbed by YU. At last they are discovered by FUNG and CHUK.

The old woman tries to set up a fire and borrows all their fire lighters. They don't know that they have been tricked. YU is kidnapped and brought to WONG's villa. PAK FUNG is discontented with SHUN but when she learns that SHUN's enemies are coming, she goes with SHUN. SHUN is round by HING and NGOR. He is caught. They are brought to WONG’s villa. WONG tells SHUN that YIN is his daughter. YIN is shocked.

FUK uses poison to paralyze all the others, including HING and YIN. He threatens SHUN to surrender the throne or he will kill his lovers. SHUN refuses to betray his country. FUK kills SING CHUK, HUNG MIN and PO. PAK FUNG tells YU that HING is his father. YU cannot accept the fact. HING recalls his meeting with RAK FUNG. WONG kills herself. FUK wants to kill PAK FUNG and YU uses all his talent to set himself free from the poison. FUK runs away. PAK FUNG and SGHUN also commit suicide. As YU and YIN do not have the same father, they can still be lovers.

After MING realized YU is HING's real son, he immediately passes the throne to YU. CHUK and CHI return to Sacred Crane Palace. TANG CHI sacrifices his eyes to cure CHI. When she recognizes TANG CHI, she abandons him. KI makes a massacre of the Hon people. As a result, Siu feels that KI has the ambition to conguer Sonthem China. Meanwhile, KI appoints CHI as the princess and arranges a marriage between FUNG and CHI. FUNG is shocked.

Although they manage to escape, many have got hurt. Luckily YUEN NGAN ALL KWAT DA comes to save them. However KI does not give up. He sends soldiers to chase after FUNG and at the same time commands troops to attack Sung Dynasty. Can FUNG, YU and CHUK escape from the dangerous situation? Will Sung Dynasty be conquered by KI?
