Alice

It’s been a month since the death of Alice’s father and she is still living in Sao Paulo. Tired of waiting for Alice, Henrique ends their relationship. Meanwhile, Elvira Cipriani, an arrogant diva and exile, is back in Brazil and Alice is assigned by Tribeca to escort her. Some unexpected events offered Alice the opportunity to appreciate life and show her courage and strength.

It’s been 3 months since Alice came to Sao Paulo and a new armored car model is ready to be launched in a show organized by Tribeca. At the event, Alice, who works as a hostess, meets and gets involved with Lorenzo Marques, a businessman and playboy. Meanwhile, thanks to her sister, Alice discovers her father’s passion for wrestling and decides to celebrate her birthday with a big event.

Renowned fashion designer Dudu Bertholini is going to present his new collection and Tribeca organizes the event. Alice sees Lorenzo again and is unable to resist his advances. Three days before the fashion show, Dudu decides to include a new dress embroidered with small Gold Fishes. The dress arrives in time for the show, but a mistake in the embroidery got Alice into trouble. On the same day, Alice finds she is pregnant.

Alice talks to Lorenzo and he says categorically that he doesn’t want a baby and offers Alice money to have an abortion. Henrique arrives in Sao Paulo wanting Alice back, but she does not accept his offer. Tribeca organizes an event for the golden wedding anniversary of an actor couple. On their way to the event, Alice and Nicholas are victims of an express kidnapping and, as a result of the trauma, she lost the baby.

Alice decides it’s time to take a new direction in her life and with the help of her friends she organizes a wrestling match in the father’s old wrestling gym (a storehouse) that Ciro has bequeathed to Alice. A group of old wrestling stars and Ciro’s friends are gathered for the event, but things will not be as easy as they seem.

After six months in Sao Paulo, the most important day for Alice has come: the Wonderland wrestling party in tribute to her father. Public transport collapses and the city is in chaos. Due to the lack of public, Alice invites bystanders over a megaphone to attend the event and the gym slowly fills with people. When the party ends, Alice is broke and full of uncertainty about her future, but she feels at home and happy.

Thanks to Tribeca, Alice gets the first customer for the small storehouse and this marks her debut as businesswoman. She overworks and her health declines. Dani, her first friend in Sao Paulo, decides to move to Barcelona and Alice moves to Marcela’s house instead of her friend. A smuggling complaint threatens the event to be held in the storehouse. Finally, the event takes place successfully.

Alice moves to Marcela’s house; she works like a dog and she learns to be free and uninhibited. Her grandmother Glicia, and her brother, Duda, unexpectedly come to Sao Paulo. Alice is happy with the visit but cannot give them the time and attention they deserve: she puts all her efforts into working and finding customers for the storehouse.

Glicia is about to return to Palmas and a farewell dinner is held to honor her. Alice attends an event at Renata’s house and fails to be on time for her grandma’s dinner. Glicia had prepared a typical meal for the occasion. By the end of the night, Luli is drunk and when she tries to find Dora, she is hit by a vehicle.

Alice has become distant with her friends and focus on her job. She wants to contact some Italian businessmen that want to organize an event in the storehouse. Alice tries to meet them and attends a party full of confusion, pills and drugs. The next day is Celia’s birthday and Alice arrives with a hangover. Despite being impressed by Alice, Celia knows that her sister needs help.

Ciro died a year ago and it’s been a year since Alice arrived in Sao Paulo. She is as lost as the first day. Alice has moved away from friends and has disappointed her family. When her aunt Luli discloses a secret about the death of Alice’s mother, she feels it’s time to return to Palmas: return to the origin to be able to define her own future.
