Eray begins to realize his true power and what he must risk to rise higher. Elif and Ahmet have to find a new venue to hold the panel for which they have been diligently preparing.

Police forces clash with the crowd gathered for İsmail Hakkı's funeral procession, resulting in many detainees including Elif. The bank shoots a commercial film and puts Eray in the lead spot, whose creative ideas gain admiration.

Eray gets an unsatisfactory response from the loan application he made on behalf of the bank, so he makes use of some "convincing" findings. Refusing to accept defeat, Elif raises the stakes in her struggle for equality.

With an ulterior motive, Eray accepts Elif's request to give Ahmet an interview. Eray's bold moves against the powers cause Cemal to switch sides.

Speculation causes the bank to go almost bankrupt, and it is up to Eray to solve this crisis. In order to do so, he meets up with the media boss, Vahit, and agrees on a win-win situation. Meanwhile, Berrin takes the first step to meet Elif.

Intimidated by torture at the police station, Ahmet signs a pre-written statement and betrays his fellow activists. Meanwhile, Eray wants to transfer the bank's resources to an offshore account.

Berrin suddenly disappears. "Invisible hands" intervene in the off-shore money transfer operation. To avoid being eaten by the big fish, Eray has to ask for help from the little fish.

Elif and Berrin embark on a dangerous journey to prove Eray's innocence. The justice Eray has been waiting for many years is finally served in 2013.
