The story of friendship between a police operative Lesha and the ghost of the legendary swindler Pashka Veter. Lyosha is a young police operative who has been receiving small assignments from colleagues for the entire six months of his service – to catch a fly, heat a kettle, and copy the criminal code. Like all young professionals, Lyosha longs for serious work – and having convinced his boss that he is quite ready, he gets his first case.
