Yvette hires new intern Wendy to handle Dandelion wishes while Travis struggles to earn his wings. Teddy's pep talk with Hannah leads to a tour of the fate department.

On the eve of Chinese New Year, rival fortune cookie company Oshi O-Mikuji gets a scare out of the gang. Hannah and Shari hold the fate of one man's life in their sweaty palms as Travis takes Wendy under his proverbial wings.

A housewife's wish for life to be more like a soap opera shakes things up at the office. Shari, Travis, and Hannah eagerly compete for Granter of the Month while JoJo and Yvette swap jobs to see who's got it harder.

Teddy and Hannah decide to have their first date at Wish It Inc. only to find out that a date at Wish It Inc. is sloppy, complicated, and looks a lot like JoJo. Travis and Yvette fight over their newest toy, Wendy, while Shari tries to convince Fairy Godmother to give her extra time off by utilizing her genie assets.

With Wish It's finances trimmed to the bone, Godmother is forced to let someone go and bestows the impossible task to the only person heartless enough to do it, Yvette. Travis, Wendy and Shari plan on keeping their jobs by scapegoating everyone's least favorite employee, Karla.

It's lights out when Travis and Hannah's heated rivalry spawns a wish-off powerful enough to knock out the magic generator. Unlikely pairs form in the dark, but will they all survive the monstrous Craig before Wendy and Fairy Godmother can get the magic flowing again?
