The Pearl is the second worst rated studio in the city. Theo wants to boost the pearl's reviews and thus conjures up negative reviews all the more.

When Theo learns that he is the only member of the team to be excluded from the traditional games evening, he does everything he can to integrate into the group. But the next games night does not go quite as he had imagined.

After Theo's post violated the guidelines, his colleagues enlighten him that he has been "fatshaming". When a somewhat overweight man inquires about a studio tour, Finn takes over, as Theo is afraid of saying something wrong again.

Finn tears his meniscus, so Theo and Manu have to find a worthy replacement. The young, energetic influencer Maggie couldn't fit Theo's desired profile better. Soon Manu realizes that things don't work out for the better with Maggie.
