Arvind, focusing on studying in jail for his upcoming exams, gets coaxed into meeting a dangerous criminal from Meerut, who becomes his new sworn enemy.

Arvind’s rising popularity in the university has started to concern Govind, who fears he will end up losing control. Govind decides to take matters into his own hands and destroys the college road but is caught by Mrityunjay. Govind’s impulsive act costs him the power to contest the election as President to none other than Arvind Shukla.

As Bindu recovers, Arvind, now a completely different person, finds himself part of a dirty game not liked by many. The threats in Arvind's life are bigger and greater than before.
