Rose and Renz’s bond grows deeper as he promises to fight her battle with her, but their relationship abruptly ends when Rose disappears from Renz’s life. Eight months later in Milan, Renz witnesses a proposal that turns into a heartbreak.

Franco tries to make up with his ex-girlfriend, only to see her with someone else. Crossing paths with Renz for the third time, Alex thinks of a way on how they can move on from their exes but under one condition.

Despite the sexual tension sparking between her and Renz, Alex tries to resist temptation and opts to stick to her values. To her surprise, she discovers another bizarre thing she and Renz share in common.

Alex attends Matt’s birthday dinner with Renz, only to get scolded by her grandmother. She tries not to let Lily’s words get to her, especially after Renz stood up for her. Soon, however, Alex's mood turns sour when she receives an unexpected call.

Rose's old wounds reopen as she comes face to face with a ghost from her past at the Blue Flame. Using his father's situation, Renz tries to convince Alex to patch things up with her estranged mother before it's too late.
