HOI SING is touched for YIU-KWAN stands by him all the time and he proposes marriage to her… HOI LEUNG assigns the clerk FONG LAI-KING to work at the factory and HOI SING believes that she is a spy. HOI LEUNG criticizes HOI SING’s proposal during the company’s meeting and HOI SING is depressed. LAM-TAI develops a creative money-earning plan for the factory and he believes that this could save the factory. LAI-KING reports the news to HOI LEUNG and she requests for an early bonus for being a spy. LAM-TAI is invited to a classmates gathering and YIU-KWAN receives the same invitation as well. KIN-SHING discovers that the accessories of their cookers are not delivered on time. She deliberately creates a chance for HOI LEUNG to celebrate wedding anniversary with MING-CHU. LAM-TAI successfully orders the accessories with his Singapore friend’s factory address. He asks KIN-SHING and HOI SING to keep this as a secret so that LAI-KING and HOI LEUNG will not disturb their plan……

MEI-SZ has booked a place for HOI LEUNG but he remembers it wrongly. MING-CHU is very upset. LAI-KING receives a call from her mother MAK OI-LING. She returns home to discover that the door is sprayed with red paints because her mother has borrowed money from the loan shark. LAI-KING later discovers that the factory’s door is also sprayed with red paint. KIN-SHING blames her for ruining the image of their factory and HOI SING asks her to return to Treasure Ocean Plus Group… Later, LAI-KING discovers that her younger sister LAI-HA is also in debt. In order to repay the debt, she decides to continue staying in the factory as a spy reluctantly. MING-CHU is pregnant. HOI LEUNG and MEI-SZ are overjoyed. LAM-TAI tries to observe LAI-KING’s actions secretly for his father. He discovers LAI-HA borrowing money from her. He also discovers that LAI-KING suffers from a serious disease……

MEI-SZ doesn’t know if her way of saving people is correct. LAM-TAI consoles him by sharing his own experiences. YIU-KWAN declares her love to LAM-TAI but LAM-TAI tells her that their relationship has ended already. LAM-TAI discovers that LAI-KING has overheard their conversation and he warns her to keep the secret. LAM-TAI and KIN-SHING are injured in a traffic accident. They are sent to the hospital where MEI-SZ works. HOI SING informs YIU-KWAN about the accident. YIU-KWAN discovers the reason of the accident and she is very ashamed. YIU-KWAN reveals to HOI SING that she has lost the wedding ring. She also reveals to him that she cannot let go of her ex-boyfriend and she will not marry him. HOI SING resorts to drink and he fights with a tramp in the park. LAI-KING witnesses the scene while visiting a dog at the park and she helps to get rid of the tramp……

LAI-KING brings HOI SING back to home. On the next day, HOI SING pretends to be calm and reveals to WAI-SUM that he has separated with YIU-KWAN. HOI LEUNG accompanies MING-CHU to have body check and he is overjoyed to learn that it’s a baby boy. HOI SING tells LAM-TAI about the break-up and LAM-TAI promises to find out YIU-KWAN’s ex-boyfriend for him. HOI SING and LAM-TAI go back to the factory. LAI-KING asks WAI-SUM about the relationship status of HOI SING and YIU-KWAN. LAM-TAI is frightened. LAM-TAI asks YIU-KWAN out and he kisses LAI-KING in front of her. LAI-KING is enraged for LAM-TAI makes use of her to get rid of YIU-KWAN. She then gets serious headache suddenly. LAM-TAI tries to check with MEI-SZ the composition of the painkiller that LAI-KING is taking. HOI LEUNG discovers that the business of the factory is improving. He asks CHEUK-WAI to lure LAI-KING to cause troubles to the factory again.

WAI-SUM asks LAI-KING to make telegraphic transfer to other business partners. LAI-KING goes to have body check at the hospital and the doctor tells her that her brain tumor is getting larger. In order to help the family, LAI-KING decides to betray the factory again. HOI SING discovers that the factory is suddenly lack of liquidity. HOI LEUNG visits HOI SING and they quarrel with each other again. MING-CHU goes to the hospital to pick up MEI-SZ but she suddenly feels sick. The doctor says that her blood pressure is very high. MING-CHU doesn’t want HOI LEUNG to worry about her so she stays in WAI-SUM’s home temporarily while telling HOI LEUNG that she is going to the temple in an outlying island to pray for their well being. HOI LEUNG tells WAI-SUM that HOI SING refuses to work because of LAM-TAI. WAI-SUM tells HOI LEUNG that MING-CHU is sick and HOI LEUNG realizes that he is not caring enough to his dear ones. HOI LEUNG apologizes to HOI SING and HOI SING invites LAM-TAI to return to work. LAM-TAI asks LAI-KING out and he declares his love to her. LAI-KING is shocked and she runs away nervously. LAM-TAI overhears LAI-HA’s comments on him and HOI SING. He realizes that HOI SING appears to be more outstanding than him. LAM-TAI returns to work……

The new spokesperson AMY introduced by LAM-TAI is very good at handling media enquires. Director CHIU who is believed to have an affair with AMY also arrives at the press briefing and HOI LEUNG is very impressed. LAM-TAI waits for MEI-SZ at the university and he encourages her to give her best at the graduation exams. He teaches her how to handle stress and lends his lucky pen to her as well. LAM-TAI meets HOI LEUNG and he reveals that he knows HOI LEUNG wants to get acquainted with Director CHIU. HOI LEUNG is pleased and he promotes him as an investment manager. HOI LEUNG accompanies MING-CHU to the hospital for body-check. MING-CHU worries that HOI SING will take over Treasure Ocean Plus Group. She asks HOI LEUNG to pay more attention to his work because HOI SING is still green. HOI LEUNG is shocked to discover that the manager of the development unit has died suddenly. He reveals to HOI SING that he wants to hand over his work to him gradually. On MEI-SZ and LAM-TAI’s wedding day, Director CHIU suddenly arrives. HOI SING overhears HOI LEUNG’s conversation with Director CHIU and he realizes that HOI LEUNG has deceived him. HOI LEUNG is displeased that HOI SING is fighting with him all the time because of HOI YEUNG. He wants to tell him the truth but WAI-SUM stops him nervously. She suddenly collapses and falls into the swimming pool……

LAM-TAI goes to console MING-CHU. MING-CHU decides to give up fighting for the company and LAM-TAI accepts her decision reluctantly. HOI LEUNG and MING-CHU go to visit WAI-SUM’s grave secretly. HOI LEUNG requests to stay alone at the grave. Instigated by LAM-TAI, MING-CHU decides to take everything away from HOI LEUNG and HOI SING. HOI SING meets up with the shareholders of Treasure Ocean Plus Group and he persuades them to unseat HOI LEUNG. LAM-TAI persuades HOI SING to borrow money from the Godfather of Asian Fund SOLO in order to fight with HOI LEUNG… HOI LEUNG calls for a press briefing to announce his joint project with Director CHIU but HOI SING stop the event by bringing him an injunction from the court. MEI-SZ resigns from her job at the hospital and she reveals to HOI LEUNG that she is suffering from the sequela of the traffic accident. HOI SING proposes to unseat HOI LEUNG at the shareholders’ meeting……

MING-CHU reveals to HOI LEUNG that she already knew his relationship with HOI SING. This is the main reason for her miscarriage and HOI LEUNG is heart-broken. LAM-TAI asks LAI-KING to be his assistant but LAI-KING refuses him. LAI-KING brings HOI LEUNG to the hospital but HOI SING has disappeared. LAI-KING is fired and LAM-TAI mocks at her. HOI LEUNG meets KIN-SHING at the factory. He decides to open a new factory with KIN-SHING and LAI-KING so as to get HOI SING back to work. MING-CHU makes a careless mistake that could cause huge loss to the company and she asks LAM-TAI for help. LAM-TAI hints to her that it is not convenient for him to get involved in the decision making process unless he is the President of the company. HOI LEUNG discovers that HOI SING is working in a small shop that repairs home appliances for the neighborhoods and he scolds him angrily… KIN-SHING reveals to HOI SING that his friend has sold an old factory to him and he wants HOI SING to help managing the factory but HOI SING rejects him. LAI-KING waits for HOI SING in the rain and she finally collapses……

MING-CHU proposes to appoint LAM-TAI as the President of the company and the shareholders object the idea. After the meeting, MING-CHU scolds HOI LEUNG madly. HOI LEUNG urges HOI SING to face the truth and join KIN-SHING in managing the new factory but HOI SING finds him unbearable. HOI LEUNG discovers that MING-CHU is taking a lot of pills at home. He is shocked to realize that MING-CHU has been suffering from emotional diseases for long and she needs medication to sleep. HOI SING decides to move out of the shop and LAI-KING stops him. HOI SING scolds her with harsh words and LAI-KING leaves sadly. HOI LEUNG discovers that LAM-TAI had asked the laboratory to check the DNA of him and HOI SING. He asks LAM-TAI out to question him. LAM-TAI asks HOI LEUNG to forgive him but HOI LEUNG refuses. LAM-TAI has no choice but to fight with HOI LEUNG and he kicks him down the hill……

Half year later, LAM-TAI picks HOI LENG up from the hospital and he tries to test if HOI LEUNG has really forgotten everything. HOI LEUNG recovers satisfactorily and he decides to pay a visit to the company. He is relieved to discover that everything is running smoothly. MING-CHU keeps telling HOI LEUNG that LAM-TAI is really helpful and HOI LEUNG starts to consider handing over the whole company to LAM-TAI. HOI LEUNG and MING-CHU decide to appoint LAM-TAI as both the President and the Chairman of the company. HOI LEUNG, MING-CHU and MEI-SZ go to visit HOI SING at the factory. They meet LAI-KING there and LAI-KING tries to remind HOI LEUNG that he has got a son when everybody is not paying attention… HOI SING declares his love to LAI-KING and LAI-KING is deeply touched. LAM-TAI receives a call from YIU-KWAN and he is shocked to learn that YIU-KWAN has taken a video of him pushing HOI LEUNG off the hill. YIU-KWAN threatens him to divorce MEI-SZ… MING-CHU visits HOI SING and she hopes that he could work with HOI LEUNG in the factory……

HOI SING accompanies LAI-KING to the hospital to check if her condition is good for brain surgery. LAI-KING asks HOI SING to take leave so that they could play around together. HOI SING doesn’t understand why and HOI LEUNG tells him the reason behind. LAM-TAI and MEI-SZ visit KIN-SHING. LAM-TAI tells him that he will be working overseas soon. KING-SHING follows LAM-TAI secretly. MEI-SZ reveals to HOI LEUNG that she has donated all her company shares to the charity fund. HOI LEUNG discovers that LAM-TAI has the right to take away all the shares from the charity fund. LAM-TAI reveals to HOI LEUNG that he has done everything because he wants to be on the top. MEI-SZ witnesses it and she is deeply shocked… LAM-TAI tries to show his father how successful he is now but KIN-SHING scolds him angrily. LAM-TAI becomes the biggest shareholder of the company and he fires CHEUNG WAH……
