Frank challenges the team to build a big motorcycle. The chopper is so big that Frank allows them to have 14 days to complete the build. Billy Lane joins the team to help with the build. Frank meets Arlen Ness, ""Godfather of the Chopper"" to get advice.

The BIG! team attempts to make the world's largest claw game. James Roller, a claw game specialist, and owner of Vintage Amusements joins the team for this episode to help the crew accomplish this monster task. They find crafting the frame of the machine to be quite simple, but making the claw a little more complicated. After being a day behind schedule for the first couple of days, and having problems with the electrical wiring, the big claw game is finished. The giant claw game makes its debut at the San Diego County Fair, where Guinness World Records judge Stuart Claxton, after taking some careful measurements, declares it the largest Claw Game in the world.

In this episode the crew, along with David Klose, an expert barbecue fabricator, attempt to make a giant BBQ. The grill would be twenty feet high twenty feet wide, and weigh approximately 3,500 pounds. It would also have a giant rotisserie about 6 feet in length. Among many of the field trips Frank takes in this episode, one of them is to Papa Cantella's where he makes a giant hot dog for the BBQ. The BIG! BBQ debuts at the L.A. County Fire Department's Annual Father's Day Barbecue.

Frank challenges his team to build the biggest hair clippers. The build took five days to complete and the finished project was recognized by Guinness World Records as the ""World's Largest Clipper.""

Frank challenges the team to build a 12-foot cuckoo clock for the Guinness Book of World Records. Frank goes on several trips to learn more about the cuckoo clock, and then his clock is tested against a digital clock for sixty seconds.

The crew attempts to create the worlds largest toaster.

The challenge is on to build a BIG espresso machine. The finished product reaches 11 feet, 3 inches high, 8 feet long and 8 feet, 6 inches wide. It makes its public debut at USC college campus in Los Angeles to make over 100 coffee shots for students.

Frank challenges the team to build a BIG treadmill in five days that is 20 feet high, 25 feet long and 11 feet wide. He takes three field trips to research building materials, health, and exercise for completion of the world's largest treadmill.
