TIM wanted to bring a gun to see NGAI but KAN threw it away. TIM then took a pipe along but was almost killed by NGAI's subordinates. Luckily the police came. KEI told TIM that KEUNG wanted to bail him out but TIM knew it was YIN's help instead. NGAI received a man's call from the Philippines. Feeling uneasy, he decided to go to the Philippines. He had actually fallen into TIM's trap. YIN received yellow roses from TIM and felt strange. TIM cooked dinner and filled out an immigration application form. KAN also felt strange. YIN persuaded TIM not to kill NGAI. TIM said he had no passport so he could not go anyway. YIN believed him. TIM excused himself and tried to leave but KAN called YIN to stop TIM from going. TIM was determined to leave despite YIN's begging and weeping. NGAI arrived at Philippines and met a Philippino man at the bar. NICK and LING bumped into TIM on the street. NICK wanted to take revenge……

44mKEUNG blamed TIM for saving YAN out of the prison, which had caused her death. YIN decided to keep BILL's autopsy report a secret. They all felt very sad while taking YAN's baby back to Hong Kong. NICK wanted to come to Hong Kong from Philippines via illegal means so as to avenge on TIM, but the snakehead cheated him and wanted more money. NICK was furious. A fortune teller pointed out to LAI that he would only have two sons upon his death so LAI accepted the fact that HANG must have died already. TIM found out that YIN previously had a new alternative to save YAN. After interrogating YIN, TIM found out the real cause of BILL's death. As the killer, LEON had asked TIM for $300 million Taiwan dollars in order to tell the truth, TIM embezzled the money from the company, MING TAI to give to LEON. TIM brought the baby to the clinic and later met with LEON……
