Victor forces Cory to get rid of all of his Presidential Bobbleheads. Cory begins to think of something else to sell, and decides to make a deal with Sophie to sell Sophie Dolls. When they go to record the voices, Cory tricks her into being a brat, and records all her insults. He then gives the final project: The Bratty Sophie Doll. Sophie is angry about this, and when Cory refuses to get rid of the contract, the doll begins to haunt him. Meanwhile, Meena and Candy spy on Newt and when a short man gives him a "pot of gold" from the "end of the rainbow", they begin to think he is a leprechaun.
Cory and Newt decide to try and get girlfriends. Cory tries to impress a girl named Nicole, but she only dates people who love history like herself. He then mentions that he lives in the White House and gets Nicole to come into the Oval Office with him. While kissing Nicole, he accidentally drops ink all over the Presidential Seal. Now he must try to somehow restore it. Meanwhile, Victor is put under pressure when he has to cook a $55,000 fish, and when Newt brings an actual seal to the White House, things only get crazier.
While rehearsing at Newt's house, Alexander walks in and tells them that if they want to keep their gig at the Liberry, they better write a song by sundown. Cory and Newt expect Meena to help, but she has to leave them to help Sophie's Sunshine Girls group learn about first aid. After many distractions, the two end up getting in a fight, and Cory winds up stuck in the ceiling (or floor according to him). Meanwhile, the Sunshine Girls expect Meena to just give them their badges, something Meena won't do.
