SZE discovers the gap between SUM and TI'N. She tries to win TIN by doing all the things he likes. This brings them much closer. HAY visits her student, WONG KA TAT by knowing that his parents are engaged in a court case. And she discovers that this is all because of SZE and leaving his poorly illed wife and son living desparately. HAY tells the truth to LOK and LOK finds guilty to this. He persuades SZE not to appear in court so as to terminate WONG FAI's sue. But SZE refuses for her resolution on revenge.

Despite all the misunderstandings with HAY, LAI loves and respects HAY. She tries to participate in preparing the wedding for them. And they all live in harmony. HAY accompanies TAT expecting his mother to recover from surgery. But TAT finds himself alone for his mother passes away.
