Confined to his bed in an asylum for the criminally insane, Billy Boy Shrank is no ordinary man: he's a decomposing, moronic, telepathic cannibal. He's also a victim of unrequited love for Reena, an angry young punk, leader of a dedicated but fledgling all-girl rock group.
