Madi in China

Madi, a young repatriate from China, comes to Kazakhstan at the invitation of the National University to take part in a prestigious scientific competition. Local students, who are biased against immigrants, prevent Madi from achieving his goal. Meanwhile, his father asks him to find a missing relative who turns out to be a former criminal. Madi is torn between ambitions and family commitments, trying to find her way in two opposite worlds.
