When a depressed nun suffers a crisis of faith and attempts suicide, her priest sends her to a mysterious progressive convent to seek treatment. She's greeted warmly by the nuns at first but soon discovers sinister intentions when she oversees them performing an unholy ritual. After she catches them covering up a murder, she must try to escape before she becomes the convent's next sacrifice.
